JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondents No.1, 2 and 4. 2. Notice to respondent No.3 is dispensed with since respondent No.3 need not be heard in the matter. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the award passed by the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (for short, 'K.RERA') in CMP No.643 of 2024 dated 06.08.2025 and the recovery certificate dated 26.11.2025 have not been enforced. 4. Learned AGA submits that a Special Deputy Commissioner has been appointed to look into these matters and to enforce the judgments, recovery awards and recovery certificate issued by the K.RERA. He submits that, if six weeks time is granted, the same would be enforced. 5. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to furnish details of such property owned by respondent No.3 as may - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30447 WP No. 14953 of 2026 be available with the petitioner along with accompanying documents. 6. Respondent No. 4 is directed to set up a system to capture all the data relating to Awards passed by the K.RERA and recovery certificates which are issued by the K.RERA as the same are available with the concerned Special Deputy Commissioner for initiating necessary action. 7. The Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue Department, Principal Secretary, E-Governance Department and the K.RERA are directed to coordinate with each other so as to provide necessary Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for the necessary information to be available in the said system. 8. The other Information systems which are available in the state like Bhumi, Cauvery and E.Asti would also have to be integrated so as to ascertain the properties owned by the defaulting developer as mentioned in the judgment passed by the RERA. 9.
