JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29594 WP No. 9232 of 2026 ORAL ORDER 1. The Petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authority to consider the representation dated 10.03.2026 made by the Petitioners. (Annexure- E, Pq- 62-65) ii. Issue any other appropriate writ, order, or direction restraining the Respondents from causing any obstruction on the service road abutting Item Nos. 1 and 2 of the Schedule Property, or from utilizing the same for any purpose whatsoever, including parking, in a manner that impedes or interferes with the free flow of traffic and unhindered access to the Schedule Property iii. Pass such other reliefs as deemed fit in the interests of justice and equity. 2. The learned counsel for the Petitioners has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the Writ Petition, which reads as under:- “MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The Petitioners above named most respectfully pray that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioners to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to give fresh representation to the Respondent No.1 and file a fresh writ petition in the event need arises, in the interest of justice and equity.” - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29594 WP No. 9232 of 2026 3.
