Apprehending arrest in the said case, petitioner had filed Crl.Misc.No.3042/2026 before the jurisdictional Sessions Court, which was rejected on 16.04.2026. Therefore, he is before this Court. 4. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that allegation against the petitioner is that he had misbehaved with the victim lady and had touched her inappropriately in bus bearing Reg.No.KA04/F1543 while the victim lady was - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30803 CRL.P No. 6989 of 2026 travelling from Doddaballapur to Hebbal, Bengaluru.
