1. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied in case the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation, alleged to have been filed by the petitioner before the Respondent No. 2-Mission Director, Poshan Projects, Jammu & Kashmir Jammu on 15.01.2025, appended with the writ petition as Annexure-VI, within a reasonable period of time.
2. Issue notice, which is waived by Mr. Meharban Singh, learned AAG on behalf of respondents.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that he is not averse to the said proposition, provided the representation of the petitioner is directed to be accorded consideration strictly in accordance with the applicable rules and governing law.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, and having regard to the innocuous nature of the prayer made, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the very threshold, without going into the merits of the controversy, by directing the respondent No. 2 to accord due consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner on 15.01.2025, which Sr. No. 179

has also been placed on record as Annexure-VI, strictly in accordance with rules and applicable law, within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this
order, along with writ petition and annexures, are made available to the said respondent.
5. A copy of the order, which is likely to be passed by the respondent No. 2, be provided to the petitioner through registered post.

Disposed of in the manner indicated above.
