This is an application filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, by the accused- applicant, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Patacharkuchi Police Station Case Page No.# 2/2 No. 216/2025, registered under Sections 319(2)/336(3)/336(4)/339 of the BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by the learned Addl. P.P. that Charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed, vide Charge-sheet No. 5/2026 dated 18.01.2026. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant submits that he should be allowed to approach the Trial Court for appropriate relief. 4. It is seen that the accused-applicant was granted interim protection vide the order dated 03.12.2025 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the interim protection so granted shall continue till his appearance before the Trial Court. 6. The instant anticipatory bail application is closed with the liberty granted to the accused-applicant to approach the Trial Court for appropriate relief. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
