Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court in the Writ Petition, contract was awarded to the petitioners and tenure of the said contract was also completed and, in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
