Mr. Sikander Bhushan, learned Deputy Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner seeks release of salary for a period of 46 days, i.e. w.e.f. 10.05.2025 to 30.06.2025 after regularizing his absence from duty for the aforesaid period. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has already preferred a representation on 15.10.2025( Annexure P-6) to respondent No. 2 for redressal of his 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 aforesaid grievance but the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided till date by respondent No.2/competent authority. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be content in case respondent No.2/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law within a fixed-time schedule. Learned Deputy Advocate General is not averse to this prayer. 5. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioners. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
