There is a dispute pertaining to the payment of awarded amount in pursuance of the award dated 24.4.2022 passed by Labour Court in Adjudication Case No. 184 of 2007, Prem Pal Singh vs. M/s Assistant Regional Manager and others. 3. In my opinion, the petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach the Labour court with respect to his grievance, if any, concerning satisfaction of the awarded amount under the relevant provisions of the Industrial Dispute Act. 4.
