GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief: “…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 5 in not registering FIR pursuant to the complaint Dt. -03-2026 made by the petitioner on the file of the 5th respondent police station and issuing an endorsement Dt.24-03- 2026 pursuant to the PGRS Complaint made by the petitioner as highly illegal, arbitrary exercise of power, contrary to law and also violative of Art.19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 to register FIR pursuant to the complaint Dt. -03-2026 made by the petitioner and to pass…” 2. Heard Sri Komara Prudhvi Raj, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri P.Ajay babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. The purpose for which the Writ Petition was filed is served as the Respondent Police have registered a case on the complaint lodged by the Petitioner as FIR.No.54 of 2026. 4. However, the Investigating Officer is directed to take the complaint to a logical conclusion by way of filing appropriate proceedings before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate. 5. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
