By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: 1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders quashing the impugned order dated 11.06.2026, passed by the Sub Divisional Officer Raigarh (Annex.P/1). 2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is 3 deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a notice of no confidence motion was issued to the petitioner on 11.6.2026, which has been duly received by him. The meeting was scheduled for 22.6.2026 i.e. today. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the notice of the said no confidence motion was not served in accordance with the statutory time frame. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the State submits that all legal requirements have been met, the notice of no-confidence motion notice was issued to the petitioner in accordance with law and as such, there is no merit in the petition. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and further the fact that the notice of the no confidence motion was issued to the petitioner on 11.6.2026, thereby providing more than 7 clear days before the scheduled meeting, this Court is of the opinion that there is nothing on record to interfere with the subject proceedings. 6.
