JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 4 are before this Court calling in question the proceedings in Spl.C.No.391/2024 registered for offences punishable under Section 376(2)(n) of the IPC, Sections 5(L), 6, 5(J)(II) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 9 and 10 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006. 2. Heard Sri. Maniraju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri. Channappa Erappa, learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1 and have perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the victim and accused No.1 are married and have a child and are living happily. Learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1-State would submit that the concerned Court has framed charges and the trial is in progress. 5. In the light of the aforesaid circumstance, the only order that can be granted to the petitioners is a direction to the concerned Court for expeditious disposal of the proceedings, at any rate, within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
