Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not been able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated time, as the advocates of the Dhanbad Bar Association were keeping themselves absent from the courts work and in support of his contention he refers to Annexure-2 of the petition. He next submits that two weeks’ time may kindly be allowed to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that in spite [ 2026:JHHC:8403] -2- of the privilege of anticipatory bail, provided to the petitioners, the petitioners have not surrendered before the learned court. 4. Annexure-2 of the petition suggests that the advocates of the Dhanbad Bar Association were keeping themselves absent from the courts work, in that view of the matter, further two weeks’ time from today is extended to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court. 5. The order dated 16.01.2026, passed in A.B.A. No. 175 of 2026 by this court is modified to the above extent and the rest of the conditions are kept intact. 6.
