ORAL ORDER
1. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
"a. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents police to consider the representation dated 27-02-2026 in providing surveillance, vigilance or monitoring by providing security in Mutt in accordance with law as marked at Annexure-A. b. Issue such other order or direction, this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity."
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that certain unknown persons are entering into the premises of the petitioner and causing nuisance in the said premises and on that basis, the petitioner sought for providing surveillance,

vigilance and monitoring by providing security by the police.
3. If at all, anybody is trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner would be entitled to avail of the civil remedies and approach the Civil Court seeking for appropriate reliefs. The petitioner cannot seek for surveillance, vigilance, and monitoring as also providing security by the police authorities in a private dispute.
4. The petition stands dismissed, reserving liberty, as aforesaid.
