1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):-
“10.1. Direct the Respondent to produce the entire records pertaining to the case for its kind perusal.

10.3. Grant any other relief as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstance of the case.”
2. Mr. Pranav Saxena, Advocate would submit that the order passed by the Deputy Director, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation dated 02.06.2017 can be challenged by filing an application under Section 75 of Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, and therefore, this petition is not maintainable.
3. At this stage, Mr. Nair would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail remedy available under the law.
4. No objection from the other side.
5. Permission granted.
6. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, if the petitioner moves an application under Section 75 of Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 before the concerned Director, the authority concerned shall decide it expeditiously, strictly in accordance with the law.
