1. By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order dated 17.12.2025, whereby, respondents were directed to consider the claim of the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
2. Mr. Alla-ud-din Ganai, learned AAG for the respondents, has produced a copy of the Consideration Order dated 28.01.2026, along with the statement of facts, whereby, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected, being devoid of merit. A copy of the Consideration Order dated 28.01.2026, along with the statement of facts, is taken on record and furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Respondents have complied the order dated 17.12.2025, in its letter and spirit.
4. In view of the above, contempt proceedings are closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Consideration Order dated 28.01.2026, if he so desires.
5. Disposed of.
