Learned counsel for respondent no.1 on instructions has no objection for referring the matter to arbitration. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that respondent no.2 came into picture only for tendering purposes and has no role. 4. Accordingly, the petition is allowed by appointing Mr. Raj Kumar Sharma, Addl. District Judge (Retd.) (Mobile No.: 9871369899), with the consent of the parties, as the sole arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes which have arisen between the parties. 5.
