The Order of this Court dated 13.10.2022 would indicate that the learned Counsel for the Petitioner informed the Court that the Revision Petitioner is no more and requests time for taking steps to inform the legal representatives of the deceased Revision Petitioner. Therefore, time was granted. Thereafter, there is no representation from both sides on 10.11.2022 and 23.11.2022. 3. Today, Sri K.V.S.D. Ravi Teja, learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner, would submit that the kith and kin of the Revision Petitioner were already informed several times since October, 2022 and they have not evinced any interest in coming on record. Since the Revision Petitioner is no more, he has no authority to appear in the matter. 4. Having so recorded, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. 5.
