JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before the Court calling in question the registration of a crime in Crime No.150/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 61(2) read with Section 3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 2. Heard Sri. Doddathamme Gowda M.L., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. Waheeda M.M., learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1 and have perused the material on record. 3. The issue in the lis revolves around the accused poisoning the victim in an attempt to kill the victim. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29834 CRL.P No. 14510 of 2025 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that accused No.1 has performed the act of poisoning and not accused No.2, the present petitioner, who is alleged paramour of accused No.1. 5. Finding the necessity of investigation, in the teeth of the aforesaid offences, there can be no warrant of interference at this stage. 6. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in the event the police would file their final report and the final report would go against the petitioner, the petition stands disposed.
