Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that as per the office order dated 27.08.2026, the petitioners have been granted the higher pay scale of Rs.40100 after two years of regular service, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 20243 titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. However, the arrears of the payment on account of allowing the higher pay scale have not been released in favour of the petitioners. 2. However, in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners within eight weeks from today, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 3.
