Sireesha Rani Vallabhaneni, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Commissioner, Vinukonda Municipality, dated 06.05.2026. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the Respondent Municipality is not concerned with the laying of the road and that the Panchayat Raj is laying the said road. 4.
