Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral): The present petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 15332 of 2025, titled Ajay Kumar vs. State of H.P. & another, decided on 23.09.2025. 2. This Court had issued notice to the respondents and had directed the learned Additional Advocate General to have current instructions in the matter. Today, when the case was listed, the learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record copy of the office order dated 11th September, 2026, whereby, after considering the case of the present petitioner, the same has been accepted and the following order has been passed::- “Now, therefore as per judgment passed by Honourable High Court HP & direction of Director of School Education H.P. vide above cited letter, the case of above petitioner is similar situated to the CWP No.4830/2023 titled as Inder Singh Thakur & others Vs State of HP & Ors. and is entitled for higher pay scale i.e. Rs.37600/- (Level-8,Cell-9) after two years of regular service, in compliance to H.P.Finance (Pay Revision) Department notification no. Fin(PR)B(7)-1/2021-loose dated 06.09.2022, subject to the final outcome of LPA and other legal remedies in Inder Singh Thakur's Case.” 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 3. This fact has been duly acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that in view of the compliance made by the respondents, the present petition may be closed. 4.
