The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 03.04.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-5535-2024, whereby respondents were directed to pass a fresh order after considering the claim of the petitioner. 2. In compliance of the order dated 03.04.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-5535-2024, learned counsel for the respondents submits that after considering the claim of the petitioner, a speaking order dated 30.07.2024 has been passed by the District Elementary Education Officer, Gurugram. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in Court, which is taken on record.
