The petitioner claims to be the owner in possession of the said house and his grievance is that the respondents, without following due process of law, are attempting to demolish the house citing that the said house is constructed in the Government land. 3.Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on receiving instructions, submitted that the representation dated 21.01.2026 submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law within a period of six(6) weeks. 4.The said submission is taken on record. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 21.01.2026 submitted by the 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP (MD).
