This bail application has been filed on behalf of Sunil Kumar Yadav who is in custody since 27.09.2025 in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 111(3), 111(4), 111(6), 61(2) of the BNS, 2023 and Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26/35 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Latehar, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that no arms or ammunition was seized from this petitioner and therefore, the offence under Arms Act will not be made out against him. The allegation against him is that Rs. 3,500/- was seized from him and he was preparing to commit some offence along with the other co-accused persons. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty- Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
