JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 06-07-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 305 of 2025 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 504 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 140(3) of the BNS and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, one dumb minor girl, who is aged about 14 years, is said to have been taken away by the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2025. 5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the trial has started, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
