The Petitioner has filed the present Quash Petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking quashing of the FIR dated 24.11.2025 registered in Crime No.544/2025 on the file of Yelahanka New Town Police Station, Bengaluru, for the alleged offences under Sections 318(4), - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28730 CRL.P No. 17114 of 2025 316(2), 336(2), 351(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 66(C) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Sections 103 and 104 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999. 2. The present Quash Petition has been filed only by Accused No.1, whereas the FIR and investigation pertain to multiple accused persons, all of whom are similarly placed and against whom identical allegations arise out of the same transaction and set of facts. 3. Upon receiving further legal advice, and in order to avoid multiplicity of proceedings and to enable filing of a comprehensive quash petition on behalf of all the accused, the Petitioner seeks permission of this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the present Quash Petition. 4. The Petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh Quash Petition on behalf of all the accused in Crime No.544/2025, raising all grounds available in law. 5. The withdrawal of the present Quash Petition is bona fide, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioner and other accused, and all such rights and contentions are expressly kept open.
