Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had already given a representation as against one Vetrimalai S/o.Naganathan. However, no action has been taken. Hence, seeking indulgence of this Court, this Writ Petition is filed. 3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) placed before this Court, the closure report in this regard, where the petitioner as well as the accused person namely Vetrimalai, were enquired.
