1. Heard.
2. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records pertaining to the case from the respondent authorities. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be DEEPTI JHA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA
2 pleased to direct the respondents No.2 & 3 to forthwith decide the complaint made by the petitioner against the illegal plotting carried out by the respondent No.4 over the agricultural land, without following the provisions of Colonizer Act and without diversion of agricultural land. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents No.2 & 3 to take appropriate action against the responsible revenue authority involved into sale and mutation of agricultural land in the name of respondent No.4. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents No.2 & 3 to grant any other relief which may be deem fit in the given facts and circumstances of the instant case including cost of litigation.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4 has purchased the agricultural land, who is raising construction of house and also selling the constructed house, even without diversion of the land for residential purpose. As such, in this regard petitioner has filed the representation / application dated 07.11.2025 (Annexure-P/3) before the Collector, Kanker (C.G.), which is a pending consideration. Therefore, he prays that this petition may be disposed of directing concerned Collector to decide the same.

Learned counsel appearing for their respective respondents do not raised objection with regard to the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record with utmost circumspection.
6. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, this writ petition stands
disposed of, with a direction to the concerned Collector to consider the representation / application dated 07.11.2025 (Annexure-P/3) filed by the
3 petitioner and to pass appropriate order, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ petition stands
disposed of.
