The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 329(3), 109(1), 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 76 308(2), 352, 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, Maarpeet took place, in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. No specific overt act has alleged against petitioners, rather the allegations are general & omnibus. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, District - Madhubani in connection with Aunsi P.S.
