The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the 4th respondent submits that some of the respondents were allotted to the State of Telangana pursuant to the bifurcation of the State. The petitioner seeks the relief of being placed above respondent Nos.5 to 13 in the seniority list. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner attained the age of superannuation. It is also submitted that respondent Nos.8 to 13 were allotted to the State of Telangana after bifurcation of the State. 3. In view of the efflux of time and subsequent developments, the grievance of the petitioner cannot be adjudicated on merits. Accordingly, the present writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
