The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash notices/letters listed as annexure P-1 and P-2 as the same are issued in contravention Digitally signed by NADIM MOHLE 2 to law laid down by the motor vehicles Act 1988 and the Central Motor Vehicle Rule 1989. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court kindly be pleased to direct 2nd Respondent to restrain regional transport authorities in the State of Chhattisgarh from issuing any notice/letters, similar to those notices listed asAnnexure P-1 and P-2, to the petitioner. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court kindly be pleased to direct Respondents No.3 and No.4 not to withhold the process in relation to the vehicles involving the petitioner on the grounds of notices/letters listed as annexure P-1 and P-2. 10.4. Any other relief deemed fit by the Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case be allowed to the petitioner.” 2. Ms. Jain, learned Dy. G.A. appearing for the State would submit that the Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways vide notification dated 13.02.2023 (Annexure R/1) has clarified that entities such as Bank & Finance Companies, bus and truck body builders, automobile ancillaries, repairers of vehicles or any entity(s) other than those specified in para 2 are not required to obtain trade certificate; thus, the instant writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
