Petitioner’s, have invoked the contempt jurisdiction of this Court against the non-compliance of the
judgment dated 30.04.2026, [Annexure P-1], in Shilpa Rani & Ors. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh, whereby, the case of the petitioners was covered by the judgment rendered in the case of [Ghanshyam Dass in CWP No. 2056 of 2023, decided on 21.03.2024] and Respondents were directed to consider the case of the petitioners and, in case, they are similarly situate, mandated same benefits were to be extended to the petitioners herein, within eight weeks.
1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondents have neither considered the case and no speaking order has been passed as the representation nor any decision has been conveyed to them, as yet.

Notice. Mr. Varun Chandel, Learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents-State.

With the consent of Learned Counsels, this Court disposes of the instant petition, at this stage, with direction to the Respondents to implement the judgment dated 30.04.2026 [Annexure P-1], within a period of six weeks from today, positively. In case, the representation submitted has already been decided, speaking orders, in terms of the judgment/order, be conveyed to the petitioners within the same period.
