Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners files a memo seeking withdrawal of the Criminal Petition. The memo so filed reads as follows:
"The undersigned counsel appearing for the petitioners most respectfully submits that the respondent herein has withdrawn the proceedings in Crl. Misc. No. 311/2023 filed under Sections 18, 19 and 20 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. In view of the

withdrawal of the said proceedings, the present petition has become infructuous and does not survive for
consideration. Therefore, the petitioners respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioners to withdraw the present petition as having become infructuous and pass such other order/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity. "
In terms of memo, the Criminal Petition is disposed as withdrawn.
