After going through the averments made in the writ petition as well as the deed by virtue of which the petitioner is claiming title to the property, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for demarcation from the schedule of the said deed it appears that the property is bounded by the remaining portion of the said dag on the northern and southern side and private road on the eastern and western side.
