The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation for compensation. It is alleged on behalf of the petitioner that his elder brother and his parents had been electrocuted due to the negligence of the WBSEDCL. 2. This is disputed on behalf of the WBSEDCL. 3. WPA 11853 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the concerned Zonal Manager of the WBSEDCL to consider and dispose of the representation dated 21.04.2026 within a period of the eight weeks from the date of communication of the order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties. 4. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open for the concerned Zonal 2 Manager to adjudicate upon in accordance with law.
