Romesh Verma, Judge (oral) The present petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of order, dated 20.12.2024, as passed by this Court in CWP No. 15632/2024. 2 Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record, a copy of communication, dated 05.09.2026, whereby the Financial Advisor & CAO, HRTC, Shimla has directed the Regional Manager, HRTC, Palampur Unit, to recover an amount of Rs.3,97,110/- (including interest) as employer share 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 already released on 06.12.2023 in favour of the petitioner so that pension could be allowed to him as per instructions of the State Government. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, has acknowledged the aforesaid fact. 4 In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and the same is closed, however with direction to the respondent to take the aforesaid communication to its logical end within eight weeks from today and report compliance to this Court on 19.11.2026.
