The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition the sole writ petitioner passed away. He further submits that the legal heirs and representatives of the deceased petitioner have filed a representation before the authorities. He submits that no decision on such representation has also been taken by the respondent authorities. He however prays for leave to file a writ petition on the subsequent cause of action by the heirs of the writ petitioner. State is represented by Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned Senior Standing Counsel. WPA 15981 of 2025 stands abated. However, the heirs of the deceased petitioner will be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition. There will be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
