Petitioner, has invoked the contempt jurisdiction of this Court alleging the non-compliance of the judgment dated 15.05.2026, [Annexure C-1], passed by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in CWP No. 7593 of 2026, titled as Santosh Kumari vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., directing the Respondents-Competent to decide the representation, [Annexure P-1, in the said writ petition], within 12 weeks.

Upon listing of the case today, Learned State Counsel has furnished a copy of order dated 22.06.2026 [Taken on record], passed by Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, whereby, the representation, [Annexure P-1], as referred in the judgment under reference] stands decided by Respondents/Competent Authority.

Since the direction contained in the judgment dated 15.05.2026, [Annexure C-1], stands complied with, as the representation stands decided on 22.06.2026. In these circumstances, the instant petition shall stand closed. Notice of contempt is discharged.

Liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek redressal hereinafter, in case, the grievance still survives.
