At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents, by producing a communication dated 23/06/2026 issued by the Divisional Forest Officer, Sarangarh-Bilaigarh to the District Treasury Officer, Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, wherein it has been requested for make payment of retiral dues to the petitioner and along with the said communication, all the requisite documents have also been sent to the District Treasury Officer. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the amount of retiral dues would be released to the petitioner within a fortnight. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection with regard to the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of.
