It appears from the case record that the petitioner has criminal antecedents prior to the present case. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and the incriminating materials collected against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected at this stage. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2847 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of.
