None appears on behalf of the private respondent nor is any adjournment prayed for on their behalf. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against WBSEDCL not proving an electricity connection to the premises of the petitioner. 2. On behalf of WBSEDCL it is submitted that, there is no way leave connection and the private respondents are creating an obstruction. A Report to such effect is already on record. In view of the nature of the disputes raised by the petitioner and the private respondent, WPA 9403 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the concerned District Magistrate having jurisdiction in respect of the subject premises to consider the grievance of the petitioner after hearing all the affected parties including WBSEDCL and the private respondents. 2 3. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open for the District Magistrate to decide strictly in accordance with law. 4. The above exercise is to be preferably concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. Both the petitioner and WBSEDCL are directed to serve a copy of this order afresh on the third party objectors prior to the hearing before the concerned District Magistrate. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
