Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 26.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent authorities in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider request representation (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner and to grant award (PGM Medal) to the petitioner within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 1.03 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was posted in village Kulhadighat, Police Station Mainpur, District Gariyaband, as a Constable. He participated in a naksalite operation and in conflict with them has also assassinated several naksal persons at village Kulhadigaht along with other police personal. After completion of said naksal operation, looking to the bravery of the petitioner in the naksalite operation petitioner’s name was included in books of good performance. But the State Government has not considered him for the PGM (Medal). He further submits that petitioner has submitted a 3 / 3 representation before authorities vide Annexure P-2 however, it has not been considered and decided till now, therefore, direction be issued to respondent authorities to consider and take decision on pending representation. 3. Learned counsel for respective respondents submits that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to consider and take decision on pending representation, they are having no objection. Though they further submits that as the representation Annexure P-2 is dated 09.12.2025 which does not bear receipt seal or sign, if petitioner submits a fresh representation, it will be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage permitting petitioner to submit a fresh, comprehensive representation before the concerned authority and in the event petitioner submits such representation, it shall be considered and decided by concerned authority in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within an outer limit of three weeks from the date of submission of representation. 5.
