The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent police, more particularly the 5th respondent, in interfering with the civil dispute pending in O.S. No. 86 of 2023 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Puttaparthi, and in calling the petitioner to the police station, threatening him and compelling him to withdraw the civil suit, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondent police not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and private parties and not to call the petitioner to the police station or harass him, except in accordance with law and due procedure and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case. …”

2. Heard the learned counsel for Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3
3. Mr. R. Sujan Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that Respondent No. 5 unnecessarily called the petitioner to the Police Station and they are interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 6 to 8 and compelling the Petitioner to withdraw the suit in O.S. No. 86 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Puttaparthi. 4. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submits that the police authorities are not interfering in the pending civil disputes between the parties and that the Petitioner has never been compelled either to attend the Police Station unnecessarily or to withdraw the civil suit. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and upon recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.5 not to interfere henceforth in the civil dispute in between the petitioner and Respondent Nos.6 to 8 pending in O.S. No. 86 of 2023 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Puttaparthi, except in accordance with due process of law. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
