From the photographs produced by the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court today, it appears that the debris accumulated on account of demolition of the unauthorized construction has since been removed. 2. The petitioner alleges that in the said process, his septic tank has been damaged. 3. As it appears that the order passed by the Court has been complied with, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. The same stands disposed of. 4. If the petitioner seeks any damages from the authority for damaging his septic tank, it will be open 2 for the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceeding for recovery of damages in accordance with law.
