The present intra-court appeal is directed against an order dated 18.03.2026 passed by learned Single Judge in WPSS No.2474 of 2016, whereby the application filed by the appellant/writ petitioner, seeking amendment in the writ petition, has been dismissed observing that it would result in setting up of a new case and which has no relevance to the issue involved in the writ petition. 3.
