The matter relates to Complaint Case No. 54 of 2025 pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter is arising out of complaint case and in the complaint case, there is no requirement of custodial interrogation and in view of that she seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing appropriate petition. 5.
