Without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners in the representation dated 10th July, 2025, WPA 18635 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the Block Development Officer, Tehatta Block, Tehatta to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 10th July, 2025 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, any other person who may be affected by such decision or their authorized representative and communicate the reasoned order to the petitioners and others immediately thereafter. The entire exercise shall be completed within twelve weeks. There shall be however no order as to costs. 2 Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
