Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has challenged the proceedings initiated in PW Cases 1 of 2013, to 442 of 2013, dated 10.04.2013. 3. This Court on 22.04.2013, considered the petition and granted interim suspension of all further proceedings. However, further proceedings in PW Cases 1 of 2013 were permitted to be continued from 15.07.2013 onwards without reference to the pendency of the writ petition. The Subsequent proceedings arising out of PW Cases 1 of 2013 and batch cases have to be challenged, as this Court had stayed the show cause notice dated 15.04.2013 and permitted the proceedings to be proceeded from 15.07.2013. 4. On these considerations, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
