Heard. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : 10.1 To call for entire records pertaining to the case. SHYNA AJAY Digitally signed by SHYNA AJAY Date: 2026.06.24 11:44:58 +0530 2 10.2 To issue direction to respondent no. 2 to conduct fair inquiry in the matter as prayed for by the petitioner in his application dated 17/04/2026. 10.3 To quash the impugned order dated 03/03/2026 and to direct Tahsildar, respondent no. 3 to supply the document applied for by the petitioner. 10.4 To grant any other relief deemed fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a complaint dated 17.4.2026 before the Collector, Mungeli, which is still pending consideration. He makes a limited prayer to dispose of this petition with a direction to the concerned Collector to decide the pending complaint expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Collector to consider and decide the complaint dated 17.4.2026 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. The decision shall be taken after providing a proper opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5.
