Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is JYOTI SHARMA Digitally signed by JYOTI SHARMA Date: 2026.06.24 10:52:06 +0530 2 suffering from acute abdominal issues and is undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospital, Bilaspur. It is further submitted that the petitioner has annexed the relevant medical documents along with the writ petition and, on the said medical ground, prays for reconsideration of his transfer from the present place of posting to Pithora, District Mahasamund. 2. Learned State counsel submits that under the transfer policy, a Committee has been constituted by the State Government for redressal of grievances relating to transfer matters. It is submitted that if the petitioner raises his grievance before the said Committee, particularly on the ground of medical hardship, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and the transfer policy of the State Government, and an appropriate decision shall be taken within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and particularly taking into account the medical condition of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation before the Transfer Redressal Committee raising the medical grounds, within a reasonable time. 5. In the event such representation is submitted by the petitioner, the 3 Transfer Redressal Committee shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with the applicable transfer policy and law, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
